My great-grandmother was a wonderful cook.  I have taken some of her old world recipes and have made them gluten-free and corn-free so that I can enjoy them despite my food allergies.  I hope you will enjoy them, too.  My favorite recipes are Nonnie's Banana Bread and her Sour Cream Coffee Cake which has a cinnamon swirl inside.  I bake this coffee cake for every birthday celebration in our family.  It has become a tradition.
