Welcome to the Spellerverse! This is a grassroots community website for the speller/typer community. The goal is to have a common place where spellers, typers, and their families can network with each other, share resources and information, market goods and services to each other, and enjoy a variety of fun social events like online group games, talent shows, podcast/book discussions, and exercise classes … and enjoy a variety of fun social events like online group games, talent shows, exercise classes, and offer peer support.

There are two vital disclaimers we need to make. The first is, we do not vet or assume any responsibility for any of the events, products/services, people, or other information on this website; we are purely an information exchange. Therefore, exercise prudence and caution when you explore any of the content or events. That being said, we do ask everyone making a submission of content to the website to keep it positive, respectful, and rated “G,” and we do give our editors the right to deny publication of any submission for any reason. Secondly, please be advised that any views expressed in our blogs, articles, or other content represent the opinions solely of the individual author listed and do not represent the views of Spellerverse, which is a nonpartisan forum that envisions a free, open, tolerant, welcome exchange of ideas and culture as the path to social peace and individual growth.

Finally, please remember that we run on voluntary donations. Therefore at the end of every event such as an exercise class, cabaret talent show, or interaction game social, we will “pass the hat,” meaning display the Venmo or Paypal link of the producer or facilitator so participants can make voluntary contributions of any amount. Similary, if you view an art gallery exhibit or read an issue of our literary magazine, please consider dropping a few dollars in the curator’s or editor’s “hat.”
